Day 2 - Out of the Womb July 17, 2002
It's Day 2, and I'm out of the womb! Man, there's a lot of room out here! It feels great! Today I was released from ICU, and finally got to spend some time with mom (who is a lot more rested than yesterday!) Later in the evening, dad, Grandma Marty, Grandpa Steve, and Great-Grandpa Bob came down to the hospital to visit me! Thanks guys!
Ahh -- there's nothing like the comfort of being close to ma...	Like my cap? The hospital gave it to me - volunteers make these hats for the hospital and special babies (like me...) get to have them! Thank you volunteers!	Mom is so cozy... I'm glad I'm not in ICU anymore, I missed my mom.
Hi Great-Grandpa Bob! I'm bundled up nice and tight!	Ah, Grandpa Steve... Check out my lips in this picture, I was showing them off to Grandpa. ;)	Ah yum!! This formula is rather tasty... Don't worry though, I'll be breast feeding soon - studies show it's better for me!
Guzzle... Guzzle... This stuff is good!	Hi Grandma! Thanks for coming back again to visit me! This is the first time Grandma got to hold me. :)	I like holding Grandma's finger -- it's nice and warm.
Now I'm in Great-Grandpa's lap...	...all of this attention is great!	Time to eat some more, I'm a growing girl...
